COVID-19 update

 

Yes, HHeR is still open for business. I have completed a certification on COVID-19 safety guidelines. If you want to schedule a home inspection, please call or text!

• I will wear a mask and booties inside and use sanitizer regularly.

• HHeR requests that homeowners and clients NOT be present during the inspection.

• Only one individual or agent may be present to allow access to the home and represent my client.

• I require that person to wear a mask and maintain a 6+ foot distance from the inspector at all times.

• I can talk to clients over the phone, use Facebook video call, a Google Duo call or Zoom if they want to consult live.

• And as always my clients receive a full report with photos in PDF form via email(or printed upon request)

• Keep in mind that the inspection time may be longer to accommodate these changes.
